Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PrimeClean Housekeeping services. Please read them carefully before booking a regular, deep, or custom cleaning plan with us.

1. Introduction and Agreement

By scheduling a service with PrimeClean Housekeeping ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all services offered, including routine housekeeping, deep cleaning services, and custom cleaning plans provided at your residence or specified location.

2. Scope of Premium Cleaning Services

We take pride in providing a premium cleaning experience. However, to ensure the safety of our staff and the integrity of your property, our services do not include the moving of heavy furniture, handling of hazardous materials, or exterior window cleaning beyond ground level. Any specific exclusions will be communicated during your personalized quote request.

3. Booking, Rescheduling, and Cancellations

We understand that schedules change. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Appointments can be adjusted by contacting our concierge team directly.

4. Access to Your Home

Clients must ensure that our cleaning professionals have clear and safe access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team is unable to access the property upon arrival, the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and appropriate fees will apply. Keys or access codes provided to PrimeClean Housekeeping are stored securely and used exclusively for scheduled appointments.

5. Damages and Liability

Our staff exercises the utmost care while servicing your home. In the rare event that an item is damaged during the cleaning process, PrimeClean Housekeeping must be notified within 24 hours of the service completion. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and will review all claims promptly to reach a fair resolution. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or items improperly secured.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless a separate billing arrangement has been established for recurring custom plans. We accept major credit cards and digital payments. Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension of future services.
